John & I have gotten even closer since the girls have moved out. I think we lean on each other more now that it is just the two of us. Is it possible to fall deeper in love with someone after so many years? Because I feel I have fallen more in love with him over the last few months!
I'm looking forward to a romantic dinner by candlelight tonight at Bene Vita....a few glasses of wine and conversation with my love.

Congradulations! I can't believe 1987 was 21 years ago! How did that happen? LOL I only have a few years left and I will be facing an empty nest, too, and it is good to hear that it won't be all sad, and much love and reconnecting will flourish when we have that time together, too.
