Family Dinner

Twice in 4 days we got to have a meal with our daughters!!! I can't believe it!!! After I got off work I met John and we drove the 45 minute drive to the girls town. We ate at Old Chicago Pizza (where Meg works) and had dinner.

Of course I had a camera and told everyone I needed a pic for my blog! haha Marianne (one of the girls roommates) was kind enough to take our picture. Thank you Marianne!!! Meg grabbed Dinosaur for the photo so of course I had to grab Reeses. Geez....I think we are obsessed with these little creatures.

I FINALLY finished the Twilight Saga. They were so good I think I'm going to read them again. But, I need to take at least a week or two break from reading. Not only do I need to catch up on my sewing, crocheting and scrapbooks----but I'm pretty sure John would like a break from doing all the laundry!

Aloha Betty,
Hey Thanks for dropping by for the tour *smile*. I need to put your link on my blog if it is okay with you. I'm glad you stopped by cuz I couldn't have found my way back here lol.
I want a fur baby like yours!!! We can't have pets where we live it, but birds are okay so we got a bird lol, but it's not like you can cuddle and throw a ball at it (sigh).

Thanks so much for dropping in on the BATW feature.
I noticed in your profile that you work as a consultant to people with autism...I have a son with autism, he's 8 and very high-functioning (in the school this is almost worse than if he was lower functioning for getting the help he needs...arrr)
I would just love to know more about what you do. I'll have to take a look through your posts and see if you chat about that at all.
anyhow. Thanks again for stopping in.

Oh, we were already bloggy buddies, but now that I know you love Edward and Bella, too...we are buddies for life!

I cannot wait until Nov 21st! Are you planning on seeing the movie with anyone? Have your daughters read them? We have a big group of girls going together and making a Twilight night of it. You could always drive to Cincy and go with us!

Thanks for visiting me on my SITS day! It was so much fun.

And I love this photo of your whole family, dogs included.

What a great photo. You were smart to capture the moment for bloggy posterity. Awesome that they're relatively close and you can get together for pizza on any given night. You really have a lovely family, fur babies included.

You all look so great! I can't believe how young you look! You don't look like you could have adult children!

I'm so glad that you were able to spend time with your girls. What great memories you're making. =)

I just wanted to comment from my blogs new home due to new internet service...It sucks when people don't tell you things like that so you can compensate for it!

I wish we had more family dinners, but we all work different schedules and it's getting really hard to do that.

The doggies are adorable. Are they chihuahuas? We are looking for a female to mate with our male pug. I really want a Chug. LOL

BTW, what a great looking family you have. I know I have said that MANY times before but it's true! Easy on the eyes for sure!

We are in our first couple of weeks of empty nesters. How great to have dinner as a family twice in one week. I am so jealous. Found you through SITS. I really do like your site.

Oh and you definitly need to set up your blog with the e-mail alert....how do you know when someone comments on an old entry! Surprisingly people do! Heather can tell you how!
