Is it really Fall??
Is it really the first day of fall today? Yes, but it sure doesn't feel like it! It was 86 today. Too hot to want to welcome fall. But, I'll welcome it anyway...'cause cooler weather is just around the corner.
This is on my kitchen island. Those decorations were $7 at K-Mart. The candle I found in Meg's room.
This adorable pumpkin has been apart of my fall decor for 14 years. Tori made this in kindergarten. It is made from a dryer hose! Tori was always my artsy creative one(still is)...I have lots of artsy decorations she made. Meg was and still is my writer I have a tote box full of poems and letters she has written over the years.
This is a basket I've had for several years. I believe I bought it at Michaels. That plant is a peace lily my DH's cousin & wife bought me after my Daddy passed. It fit perfect in the basket and now adorns my kitchen table looking all fall-ish....as my DH put it!
My porch! I usually do two bales of hay....and incorporate them in the decor. But this year I tried to make it more simpler. It's a crooked photo, I suck at taken photos.
I love love love my little fall gal! This has been a must to put out every fall. I have had this since my girls were itty bitty! HAPPY FALL Y'ALL!!!!

Too cute!!! I have one of those dryer hose pumpkins too and you won't believe it but our front doors are the same color! I need to get our fall stuff out. I have some new stuff that I bought on clearance at the end of the season last year so I'm excited to get them out and figure what to do with them. I'm also going to take my corn stalks from my garden and use them on my front porch. I'll have to take a pic when I'm done and post it. Thanks for the sweet thoughts on my blog today!!
We had mid 80's today too. Still feel like summer. LOL
Love all your fall goodies! I told my hubby I am going out tomorrow to purchase some decorating stuff. BUT I promised to keep it under $20. I'm thrifty, ya know!
Thanks for stopping by for some bloggy love. I needed that to cheer me up!
I love fall decorating! I'm with you though--it's almost too hot to be fall here!
aw i hate not being home to see you put up all these decorations 'cause it always reminds me that my favorite season/birthday is coming up! : )
love you momma, see you soon!
All your fall decorations look great! My favorite is the tray on the island - beautiful!
That dryer decoration is soo cute? How did they make it?
Your porch looks great!! Can you believe next week is going to be October! Yay!
I learned this AWSOME recipes with crock pots and apples. Right now I am making apple butter and it has to cook for 18 hours, so our house smell so good. Like cinnamon apples! I plan on doing a post about it
You have just the cutest decorations! I love that pumpkin by your daughter! It is so great that it is officially Fall! :)

I love the pumpkin your daughter did... I would love to know how to make one...and do the project with my son, can you explain how to... or what you think she did?
I still have a stinky flat. Not sure I am ever going to make bacon again! But I woke up this morning and my husband said that the soup was delicious...and was sad we were having students coming over tonight so he cannot eat it again for dinner. So, he can have it another night this week... thanks again!
Yay for fall! Your house looks so great, decked out for autumn. I'm lovin' the front porch.
And I can sympathize with Tori...I loved helping my mom decorate for the seasons, and my kids love it now.
Just wanted to say thanks for stopping by my blog yesterday...100 things and being saucy was a lot of fun!!
Fun fall decorating...I'm so not ready yet!!
I love all of your fall decorations! I need to start some decorating. I don't have much since this is our first year in the our house but I need to start collecting. I may have to scrimp this year and then go buy everything when its 75% off and they're trying to get Christmas decorations out.
I love the Fall! Growing up in Wisconsin the phrase y'all was never uttered. I just LOVE the sign Happy Fall Y'all!
Ok, how about I bring some homemade bread and jam that I made last month and we'll just sit at that table with your fall-ish lily and I can see all of your way cute decorations up close?! =)
Your house is simply adorable. Thanks for sharing it with all of us (A.K.A. "your internet friends") that can't really visit you in person.
I love your "Happy Fall Y'all!" gal. Too cute!
BTW, how in the world did she make that cute "basket" from dryer hose????
Mrs. Betty!
I love your decorations this year. I really like the decorations around the door, too. :)
Your home is always so cozy! :)

Your decorations look so cute! I haven't decorated at all--and I have very few place to decorate at all! Very cute pics...I expecially love the dryer hose pumpkin!
Soooo adorable!!! Thanks for stopping by my blog last week when I was the featured blogger, I am STILL trying to catch up on all the comments :)
LOVE the decorations! Your porch is adorable. I feel like a Fall Grinch. I have hardly any festive decoration in mi casa.
