My sister, Kim's grandchildren (brother's I might add) celebrated their birthday's on Saturday. Konnor & Jude Righteous were born 2 years and 1 day apart. Since Jude Righteous was born on Earth Day his momma, Kayla, made him an Earth cake. Konnor's is the Sun.

This is the only time we allow them to play with their food, right?! He didn't really care to get messy at first, but quickly enjoyed it!
Presents are always fun! I tell you these two boys ripped through those gifts fast.
The simplest gift is usually the most fun.It was another rainy day here in Arkansas....but it was such a fun one!

haha, that is the first time I have seen someone let there one year old destroy the cake like that! I´m sure he was very cautious at first. But it looked like a fun day!

She did a great job on those cakes. I'm so impressed. I love those first bday pictures when they really get to go after a cake for the first time. Those boys are sooooo cute and So sweet.
I remember sitting my 2nd daughter in my moms sink in her diaper and put the cake on the counter and she ate it up and we hosed her down. So fun.

Very neat cakes. I love the sun one. I'm afraid I've never let the kids go at their cakes like that, it looks like so much fun but it would probably drive me bananas!
