Weekend wrap-up

Every Saturday John & I workout together and then go eat a brunch before he has to go to work. My abs are still sore from working them so hard. I'm still trying to get into those darn jeans.

When he left for work I headed to the soccer fields. My brothers son, Flynn had his first game. His team is called the "Chili Peppers". They won the game!! Look at that gap in his mouth. Love it!

He went to Grandmas and took a shower and the three of us headed to Conway to see Tori. We went and ate dinner at Strombolis and had a wonderful visit. Back at Tori's house Flynn played the drums.

Sunday afternoon some of the family headed to my mothers for baked ziti. My nephew, Tony is in town from New Hampshire. He is going into the Marines next month. I made homemade french bread and 2 different kinds of cupcakes. Vanilla white chocolate cream cheese cupcakes & Peanut butter raspberry peach champagne jelly cupcakes. I didn't get a good photo of these...but let me tell you what...they were SO GOOD! I'll have to post the recipes for you guys. Here are some photos of the family...

That's awesome. Big family get togethers are always amazing. I always missed out on that as a kid, my mom was an only child. We're making up for it now though. What a happy bunch. Those cupcakes sound heavenly too.
