Juicing for Health

I juice at least twice a day.

Some juices are just as pretty as they are yummy. This one was beets, red grapes, peach and an apple.

Cabbage & Granny Smith apple = delicious!

Sweet potato, carrots & cantaloupe...Yummers!

Tomato, watermelon, pineapple & oranges! One of my favorites! So refreshing!

And then you have this ugly cuppa juice....cabbage, red grapes, celery & granny smith apple. Not the prettiest, but it was actually quite yummy.

Do you juice? I highly recommend it!!!

I have juiced with a borrowed juicer from my dad-- which, was a PITA to use in my opinion. I would like to jucie more; and once this baby is born, I think it will be a top priority for cleaning out the oddles of pints of ice cream I've eaten!

What juicer do you own? Do you like it?

I like the idea of it, but I haven't tried it yet...maybe your post will inspire me :)

Hey girl!
Been awhile since I've had the chance to visit you, huh? No, I've not tried juicing yet, but I've heard so many positive things about it, I just might give it a whirl!

I bought an inexpensive one this year and tried it but, the juice turned out weird...grainy maybe? And it separated easily. Any suggestions?
