Tori

As most of you know (at least the ones who follow me) my baby girl Tori is a freshman at the University of Central Arkansas. Please allow me to brag just a bit.


Tori is in the top 20% of her Freshman class at UCA; because of this she has received an invitation to join the National Society Of Collegiate Scholars.



The National Society of Collegiate Scholars is the nation's premiere honors organization for high-achieving students. NSCS recognizes outstanding academic achievement among first- and second-year college students. Membership is based on grade point average and class standing, and is by invitation only. NSCS aims to honor, inspire and engage its members, and offers benefits including scholarships, leadership development, travel opportunities and career resources.

Tori is majoring in Art Education. She loves doing installation Art and plans on taking ceramics. She also loves photography and is quite good at it.

February 12, 1988. John had just flew in from Keesler AFB, Mississippi to meet his new daughter. He was there attending Air Traffic Control school which kept him from being able to be home for Megan's birth. Meg was 8 days old. I was 16 and John was 18 in this photo.
Ironically, this is the same airport where John now controls traffic every day.
