Herb Garden

Tori & Natalie surprised me with a herb garden just because.

These pods are the soil.

Pour warm water on them and it turned into rich soil.

They planted Parsley.

Basil.

and chives.

My new herb garden sits on my kitchen window sill.

I look forward to fresh herbs at my disposal .

Good luck with it! My boss and I recently did one of these and it quickly died. :(

What a great idea!

I have some fresh herbs growing in a pot on my patio; I just don't trust the cat to leave any plants alone in the house...

Fresh tomato and basil with mozzarella and balsamic vinagrette? Yum!

You guys have such "practical" stuff you can buy there! Makes life so easy. I hope you are lucky and it grows well!

What a neat idea! I love it. I am trying to grow dill this year. I should branch out next year.

I love fresh herbs, but apparently I have a black thumb, none of mine have fared very well. Cilantro was my fave but it just dried up on me, despite the waterings. Oh well, hope yours do better.
