My Baby Girl

Today is my daughter Victoria's 19th birthday. You've heard me refer to her as Tori...which is her nickname. My baby is 19!!!!!
So she decided she wanted to come home and have a home cooked meal instead of going to a restaurant. She requested her daddy's Tilapia Alfredo & wanted momma to make a Carrot Cake.

Nick, Tori's boyfriend came to the dinner as well as Grandma & Flynn. Flynn's daddy(my brother)was sick. We ate in the dining room which we have only eaten in a few times in six years.

Flynn jumped in this photo....cracks me up!

This is Nick...he & Tori have been dating for over a year! John & I really like him! He treats our baby girl the way a woman should be treated...with respect & understanding! Don't they make the cutest couple??!!!

Daddy'O...as Tori calls him worked so hard in the kitchen. He cooked us all a wonderful meal. He got so excited when Tori told him she wanted him to cook.

My girls & me.

Cake Time...ooops I forgot to buy candles. Darn. How old do they get before we stop wanting to do candles and such? That question makes me sad.
The cake was very delicious if I do say so myself. Wonderful choice Victoria!

I made this cute little birthday sign. Tori loves photography...especially old film cameras....so thats why I used a film roll background. I think it turned out cute.

Tori~ I hope you have an amazing birthday. Enjoy your birthday breakfast that Meg is going to make for you. Enjoy whatever adventure you go on today. You are an amazing young woman and I am proud of you! I love you forever, always & no matter what!

What a sweet day you had! Your daughters are absolutely gorgeous?!! Do you ever get sick of hearing that? I have one other question...how does she get her hair like that? Seriously, she looks like she should be on TV!!

Anyway, I hope she has a great day! Awesome job Mom and Dad:-)

Her hair is naturally that curly!!! God REALLY blessed her with amazing hair. Strangers will come up to her and without asking just touch her hair in awe.

Happy Birthday to Victoria! You are all so beautiful! I love love the curly hair and sort of wish I could have it, except I know if I did, it would never behave so well :D

Dinner sounds yummy, too... My birthday is in a few weeks, maybe I'll have my Dad do some cooking, too... Great job on the sign, it looks like you all had an awesome time!

Home cooked meals are the best! I still do the same thing when it's my birthday. I want my mommy to cook for me.

You have a wonderful family!

I'm a day late, but I thought I'd pop by and say hello! I just joined BATW today.

You are beautiful and so are your daughters. It was fun visiting - and Arkansas looks wonderful. I live in Kansas, which is the boring-er one of the two as far nature goes, but I love Kansas!

Well, I just wanted to say hi! Come and visit me. :)

Awwww what a great birthday for Victoria (LOVE that name btw! It's my baby's middle name.) The sign you made is awesome! Oh and Tilapia Alfredo? OK, that sounds amazing...I'm going to have to get the recipe, please. :-)

Oh and they are an adorable couple. I'm praying already that my baby has an awesome future mate out there who will treat her even better than her daddy does...if that's even possible! lol

Aw, thanks for sharing your birthday fun. Really, you've got a lovely family. How does it feel to have a 19 year old?! My oldest will be 14 next week, and I'm always shocked by how fast the time is passing. You should be very proud. What a happy looking bunch! Happy birthday to Victoria and many more.

Thanks so much for coming by and giving me those soup recipes. I really appreciate it!

I was hoping that someone would give me a good Mexican soup recipe and that Taco Bean Soup will hit the spot!
