Purple Haze

I finished the quilt. I named it Purple Haze...like the song from Jimi Hendrix. Hendrix claimed this song was inspired by a dream where he was walking under the sea. In the dream, he said a purple haze surrounded him, engulfed him and got him lost. In his dream his faith in Jesus saved him. It's also about the effect of love. "whatever it is that girl put a spell on me". I'm sure it's also about drugs....it was the 60's. But I thought it fitting to name it Purple Haze....
1. cause Jesus saves & 2. because I made it for John and hope to always put a spell on him.
